At Jensen Fitness, supporting our community in whatever way we can is our number one priority. That is exactly why we decided to create the 30 Day Quickstart program. It is an easy-to-follow health and fitness guide that you can do from the comforts of your own home (or at the gym). The 30 Day Quickstart program is designed to maximize your health, mind and wellbeing in just 4 weeks. 

The 30 Day Quickstart program includes exercise videos, and all the information you need on how to best tackle each week including nutritional tips and tricks, and simple and safe workouts.

Getting Started

"Where do I begin? How do I begin?"

We've all been there. Starting anything new can be difficult and daunting. Or maybe you're looking to pick your fitness routine back up, and you need some help getting back on track and into a healthy lifestyle. Either way, it's all about making small changes and bringing informed actions to your intentions - which is exactly how we are going to get started in this module!

Week 1 Workouts

Perform all 6 exercises back to back, then take a 1-2 minute break. 

Try and complete as many rounds of the 6 exercises as possible in 30-40 Minutes.

Week 1 is about getting momentum, and your mind and body set. In this module we focus on a ton of core work, and have provided you with all of the tools and resources that you will need for your first week!

Week 2 Workouts

Week 2 gets deep into how to increase your intensity in a safe manner, and provides NEW workouts and exercises!

Week 3 Workouts

Week 3 focuses solely on continuing your workout and exercises through strength training.

Week 4 Workouts

Week 4 focuses on wrapping up the 30 day program, and pumps out the final exercises and workouts!

Finish Strong

We will be finishing strong by revisiting your goals and progress, evaluating your success, measuring your body and discussing what's next!
